At this time, there is no way that this company is justified having a market cap even 1/10th of where it currently sits.
Until they prove their products are worth it, and garner market share, it's a crapshoot.
Plus, don't forget the coming massive dilution, as Foote and cronies are going to want a big piece of the pie. Usually, in reverse mergers, the result is a reverse split, where the a/s stays the same, leaving room for mgt to fill their coffers. Something has to give.... but, at least, perhaps longs will be spared a reverse split, since the price has gotten way ahead of itself.
You notice that the a/s was just bumped up by some 2.5 billion, right. Uh oh...
