Since the FCCN/Aero Exhaust Letter of Intent has a 30-day term, we expect to have an executed Definitive Agreement on or about January 10th. Once the Definitive is reached, an 8-K filing would be required within 4 business days, and a press release will likely be issued concurrently. We would hope that the filing and press release would follow immediately, but that is the disclosure requirement following such an agreement.


Any concerns you have will have to be dealt with as the anticipated agreement is disclosed under the appropriate schedule.
