Something I don't know is if he is going to change his warrants for free shares as he did in his other company, instead of paying $18.5 million, as per the legal agreements (0.5 exercise price times 37 million warrants). He approved it for himself because he alone is the Board of Directors. Very dishonest and unethical by the way. He tried to make it look like as it was for the benefit of the company and shareholders as you can see below. He is definitely a shameless liar.
For VRUS the exercise price post RS is $3 per share (0.006 X 500). Let's see if he is going to do the same or not RS his shares or if he finally is going to be honest.
Here in VRUS he is in the same process of converting the Board of Directors.
