I emailed Ben Berry for a comment, and with his permission I am sharing it with you all:
"Hi [Cuppy], yes I have a lot of shares. I think he is getting bad advice. All we can do it contact him and ask him to reconsider. There is no reason to do a 15/1, something much smaller would suffice and no reason to issue 100mil shares. I believe they want to have a higher share price and uplist so a split is necessary. It all depends on what their target share price is"
