Agree on many points.

with current financial regulations we both know both know that without all the retail pumping a short squeeze would never have been possible.

Only retail were willing to buy in on days with 50-200% gains on the previous. GME made many first time investors.

who really benefited from the chat room pump is the real question - excluding the ones whom "got lucky".

Regulations need to change for this never to happen in the first place.. apparently it doesn't work.
