Serpico2005, with the NSAV Conference Call (CC)/Tweets...
No, I did not get a chance to hear the NSAV Conference Call, but I did speak to a few friends that did. They loved it! From what I can gather from the Conference Call, some of the things were also tweeted:

Here is what I got from what came out of the Conference Call:
** More acquisitions are coming soon. Some are on the table and scheduled to close soon.
** The Cryptocurrency acquisition of the Swiss company is scheduled to close soon within the next week or so as the material terms are agreed upon, but just finishing up on some minor details. We will learn the name of the company within a PR/8-K.
** The Dutch cannabis company acquisition terms are agreed upon also and is scheduled to close soon too as it will account for about a quarter to a third of their business.
** The company has just signed an agreement with a leading Hong Kong private equity firm that have worked with other OTC and NASDAQ companies, which should help take NSAV to the next level. The company's name will be released later.
** The Wall Street Investment Firm that is onboard with NSAV is very well known and is in the news all of the time and is connected to the Hong Kong Equity Firm.
** All the acquisitions (to include the Hong Kong Private Equity Firm deal) are going to be closed without having any effect on the Outstanding Shares or Float. This leads me to believe that they are going to be using preferred shares. Might even create a special class of preferred shares or so. This is the best way to do such as I have seen some other companies consummate their acquisitions with amazing acceptance from the market. Leads me to believe that the NSAV Team is very smart and market savvy.
** No dilution, convertible notes, etc. and no reverse split. Actually, I believe the liquidity that currently exists is greatly needed for the increase in demand that I believe will transpire.
** Looking to bring onboard one or more Board Members to NSAV.
** Will have Conference Calls on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
** Name changed to something better to fit their crypto operations.
** New website is under construction and will be available soon in the next couple of weeks:
