The “SEC Disclosure” is the bogus 13D under discussion. If it was legitimate, it would be on Edgar, the SEC’s document filing and retrieval system. But it isn’t.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
