Can you go into a little better detail? I’m pretty lost. Are you saying that the O/S are accurate and there will be no share reduction to the overall float based on how you’re interpreting the 8k? Are you long on this? I just bought I’m this am, just trying to figure out what is actually happening with this company and there is some real confusion on my end.

Why go to court if there are no illegitimate shares that could be removed?
