That DD came from an 8K, so many here demand info on an 8K, don't mess with the SEC.

Here's the math, keeping it very simple.

15,000,000 Gary's Compensation
plus
10,000,000 Gary's BONUS when PCTL is PROFITABLE (i.e. income exceeds expenses)

equals 25,000,000

25,000,000 equals increase in OS.

If those two are true, Gary has earned it.

Since this compensation/bonus plan has already been published in an 8K do we get another notice? Me thinks not. Exception tripping a Form 4.
