Banking on it! BONZ and AMLM = Same Owners, Similar Properties.
Fred and Barbara Bauman own both companies and have multiple mines under both tickers. The 10Q below states BONZ has "ongoing business dealings" with the companies listed in the 10Q, one of which is AMLM which they also own. Now that AMLM has a prosperous deal with ATAO this will open up the door for more business with their other many properties in Nevada and Arizona not only for gold, but for lithium. You will note that BONZ has many properties in the proximity of where the Lithium is in NV.
To think BONZ will not prosper from the AMLM deal with ATAO is silly. Again, BONZ has 1000's of acres in NV and AZ that contain gold, and possibly more lithium.
According to AMLM 10Q, Kingman AZ is where Rare Earth Elements (REE)are. The Jackson Lithium project owned by AMLM side of the company is in Esmeralda County, Nevada. BONZ clearly states in their 10Q and on their website they also have properties in Kingman AZ and Esmeralda, NV. http://bonanzagoldfield.com/

Bonanza Goldfields has a large gold exploration property at Goldfield, Nevada (Cupid Gold). Assuming the stronger gold market persists, this could be an attractive project for a larger gold company to explore and develop in a joint venture with Bonanza Goldfields.
We also have 15 small mines at Choloride. The Towne Gold Mine, in particular, has been the site of the most recent exploration (trenching by the previous operator). The Town Mind is located entriely on private ground, with a private millsite in Choloride one mile to the north. This property has the potential to be put in production more quickly (and for far less capital expenditure) than a larger gold property.
Description of the Company's Mining Properties Goldfied, Nevada (Cupid Gold)
During the quarter ended December 31, 2019, the Company acquired an optioin to purchase the Cupid Gold Project (50 unpatented and 6 patented lods mining claims - approx. 1,050 acres) located in Esmeralda County, Nevada. This property was previously held by Kinross. Chloride
The Company has an opton on over 500 acres of mining claims (including 15 named historic gold and silver mines) in the vicinity of Chloride, Arizona. Chloride is in Mohave County, Arizona, 15 miles north of Kingman. During the quarter ended June 30, 2019, the Company acquired two patened mining claims (approximately 40 acres) comprising the Fountain Head Mine located at Stockton Hill, Mohave Country, Arizona. The Company has an option on the Keyes Mine and a 50% interest in the Monte Cristo Mine in the Comstock Mining District, Virginia City, Nevada.
Mizpah Extension
The Company has an option on the Mizpah Extension Mine in Tonopah, Nevada, include the mine tailings pile.
Trump's last executive orders permitted mining lithium in NEVADA. That's why AMLM is on fire with ATAO deal. BONZ also has two mines under the BONZ ticker in NV. The fireworks are just beginning for BONZ!!!

There are 2 MINES in NEVADA under the BONZ ticker. The mines are: Seven Mile Canyon, and Mizpah Extension. They are part of the Cupid Project. Maybe they have more lithium properties too under BONZ ticker :)
AMLM deal with ATAO potentially worth millions in future revenue and from current stock price of AMLM. BONZ has a lot of potential in their other properties for gold or lithium. Only good things are going to happen for AMLM and BONZ going forward, imho!
