I am glad Trump is gone. I look forward to a moderate administration--in policy and tone.

So far, the 44 executive actions by Biden does not bode well for unity nor moderation. But the tone is better--because there are no more tweets.

The anger that moderate conservatives have is directed at Trump. He had 4 years to articulate the conservative policies --to persuade. He was totally unequipped to do that. And the Republicans lost the Senate because of him.

I support a moderate conservative--but I do not see someone on the horizon yet. And the Republicans had better abandon these QAnon idiots.

But the Democratic Party also needs to resist the "jumping the shark" moves they are doing right now--otherwise the midterms will put their majorities in jeopardy. (Assuming the MAGA group can realize that they are a dying breed--not a resurgent one.)

So, I will leave everyone here -- again-- to your echo chamber. Take false solace and encouragement by reading only what you want to believe and not get upset with any posts. Sorry to be so disruptive to your "reality".
