IMO it's more of a rather late CYA on his part.

I may be wrong but someone that claims to pass on first hand information from a company that is under investigation. May be of interest to the OSC.

Do I think Airys intentions were to deceive people on this board? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I have no doubt his heart was in the right place. He was just used as a mouth piece for a corrupt CEO to spread empty promises, false information, and out right lies.
