Custodianship was granted on 12/15. The RE and COC is about 2 weeks late due to the incoming company wanting more time to finalize the purchase of $GVDI shell from Synergy.

We still dont know how many shares the DTC holds, so we don't know the exact float. But this should reach .10 whenever the purchase is finalized and the COC takes place. Depending on the exact float it could go higher than 0.10.
