You have a right to state what you know. there is nothing wrong with that. The part that is frustrating and annoying is that you feel the need to repeat it over and over and over again like a broken record. You have had your and no one I have read has protested that what you have stated from the past is true. The problem is the repetitiveness and obvious personal animosity that you feel.

I will say this not only to you but to the many others on this board. If you are looking for transparency, filings and Audited Financials you should not be looking at Pink Sheet Stocks. Yes Ed has stated that the goal is to uplist to the OTCBB and put out AF's but as yet this is still a PINKSHEET stock. From the first day I began trading the word I heard was trade them at your own risk.

Ed's history as well as the History of this company is easily accessible. Pinksheets.com, OTCBB.com, zoominfo.com, The Sectretary of State website. All of it is public knowledge. I knew about Ed Hayter before I bought this stock and still did because I thought it would run. I entered at the wrong price and have averaged down because I believe it will run from this level. Do I think it's a solid long term investment that will make me rich? Of course not.

Anyone looking for a long term investment stock that will pay dividend to their children should not be looking at most penny stock and especially not the Pink Sheet.

That's enough for one night. I'm just getting so tired of the repetitive nature of some of the posts that then cause those that believe every word that Ed says to be true to come to the defense of Ed and the company. It's old and tiresome. As bad as 2 children fighting on the playground. Nothing gets resolved.

My my of resolving this would be to put the history of the company including the Reverse Splits and Ed Hayter's history both good and bad in the IBOX. Then anyone who is interesting in investing can see it and there would be no reason to repost the same stuff over and over and over again. Just my solution but what to I know.
