Nature of the pink sheets? sure, thats what landed CSHD and SLJB in trouble. I'll agree with ya, I don't rely on PR's too much either now days, but PR's are important doc to shareholder, its company plans. Thats all we have to follow for pinks, since most pinks are non-transparent to privy info.....
