ATNG - O/S numbers look very nice - Max amount is 127M.

60M O/S as of June 30, add 29M S-8 in Sept and another 38M in Oct gives a max of 127M.

And I'm betting many of the S-8s are still not trading, so IMO, its around 100M max.
