You wanted to sell and there was a buyer for your shares. Your platform must allow for the sale of grey market securities. So your lucky (or maybe not if the price goes up and you could make more money.)

I'm waiting. I have almost 100M shares. I think one of the businesses that revive dead stocks is interested in ECOS; maybe one from Chicago where ECOS is located.
