No they don't if they buy at 0.01. But they do if they buy at 0.001 and even further below at 0.0001. That's what the stock is worth. You will not be able to buy at 0.0001 because you maxed out the 4 digits after the decimal point, but they are able to make buys with more than 6 digits after the decimal point. They keep the PPS at 0.000125 and sell at 0.0002 over and over. And guess who buys at 0.0002? YOU!!
