Corporate action is one likely cause.

Not BLNK - why would they buy an building electrical systems installer in Chicago?

Could be JNSH want to sell of the Charger installation business (it isn't doing much) as that was never their focus although they went public in order to do it

may be a larger electrical installer in Illinois is buying them or one from out of state wanting a national presence

Just looking for an explanation - I doubt it was robinhood or reddit users.
