Yep, saw the big bidder back. For me personally, even if my avg was .01, I would not even be tempted to sell at .20, for the simple fact that .20 is nothing for a shell with this share structure, on any RM, especially now given how hot RM's are. Not to mention, with Aly's background, bringing in volume post RM, should not be a problem at all, if anything, that's probably his specialty.

Ideally, I'd love to see him do a 10 - 15:1 forward split pre-merger vs just a share issuance. The float is sub-1 million for sure here, and likely less held at DTC, if he does land an RM and start bring in volume, the price will run away quickly. If he anticipates bringing in a lot of volume, then a f/s makes more sense IMO.

A f/s and a nice Israeli or Canadian tech company RM, and this should really take off.
