I disagree. I do not think that was banter. Have you or anyone else ever seen that letter before? That is new to me and I appreciate seeing it.

The bottomline is that we really do not know the full story. I'm not going to go out on any limbs for the company, but the truth is that very serious and detrimental allegations have been made, but not proven at this point.

The sam's issue was a bit unclear but this letter does validate what the company was telling us about the deal. I'd very much like to know what is true and what is false regarding what the company has told us over the past 6 months.
