Rand Paul doesn't know or is intently ignoring the legal explanation of dismissed for lack of standing. It basically means a case which is studied by experts of the court to see if the standard merits are there to support the commitment of the courts or there a bouts.
So basically these assholes are saying the 100 years of court process is also fraudulent because 70 something courts saw no legal reason to continue a frivolous lawsuit. Which is what every other lawsuit in the country has been put through to not bulk up the courts with nonsense that has no chance of winning.
That's what asshole rand is saying, even the courts are fraudulent.
Every single case was scrutinized as usual and every single case failed even the most simple parameters to proceed. All cases in the country will not progress if they are bullshit. Period.
Again, the repukeicans are saying they are above the law. That has to stop.
