L2 looks beautiful, Micro Float probably. Company use to be on the NYSE and got de-listed in 2013 was trading over a dollar even way after going "dark" and then getting delisted. Major gamble here is how low or micro the float is ... 500-600K, 700-800K, 1M?

CBPI has 37,239,536 OS with unknown unrestricted and float. Our dream scenario is something like 37M Restricted with float of 239,536 but we will probably be somewhere under a million with a portion of that float locked up by former defunct proxies.
