How else would they start a new business direction I ask?
Where should we start...
#1 What they had going obviously did not work out hence $0 revenue for a long long time + massive debt.
#2. All the BS spewed about Rico this, These Billion Dollar companies stealing tech etc expecting Billions of dollars well that didn't work out either.....
#3. It boils down to common sense and logic at this point. The fact that a contract dispute which shows straight on the financials what it was about and the amount owed to Dutro + the financials clearly stating they were trying to "renegotiate" the contract.....to believed now all debt is wiped clean + they received a massive amount of money to start a new business direction...you claim....is complete lack of knowledge, understanding and mere ignorance. I shall ask....if things happened in the fairy tale story you tell...WHY ON EARTH WOULD THEY GO IN A "DIFFERENT" business direction.
#4 Pretty sure it was also posted and shown many times already that the CEO has already started a new company elsewhere.
#5. To give you the benefit of the doubt on the fantasy tale.......if they DO go a different route WITHIN SECI they will raise the Share Structure...obtain new financing and loans to get off the ground and the share price will be diluted and continue to decline into oblivion. THAT IS HOW IT WORKS in Stinky Pinky Land.
#6 Most importantly, do yourself a favor and LEARN NOT TO BELIEVE ANYTHING A STINKY PINKY COMPANY OR MESSAGE BOARD SAYS...you will save yourself a lot of hard earned $$ and won't end up in the same spot you are now :)

Yeah, common sense and logic as mentioned. Learn to understand red flags, connect the dots on Financials etc etc and learn how to read and understand/interpret it ALL.
