The Nigerian government is funding both the pre-purchase and bank guarantees through the 2007 budget, the officials know in detail each side of any negotiations concerning Xechem.

While we all wait for a PR, the banks are waiting approval from the government to release the grants from the 2007 budget.

Xechem has already paid $240,795 in up-front fees to UPS Capital.
