Amazon might consider improving customer service and streamlining / making it easy to get a refund on a package that was purchased more than 33 days earlier... Very easily done on eBay with just a call and NOT an act of congress!
Why should anyone have to wait 48 hours for a seller to reply when their item is starting day 34 shortly? More than 2 full weeks past the worst end of the shipping range.
