Upside here is way better than the downside. PPS could easily jump to .05/share. Even if we use 1.5b OS at .05 that gives the company a market value of $75m That is very realistic, IF they can continue growing the company in a positive way and add some new clients/revenue or partnerships before having to issue too many more shares. Lets not forget this is a penny stock, it is not expected to be profitable at this point, if it was, it would not be a penny stock. With the right news, this could jump 500% - 1000% with no news or bad news could drop 50%-60%. With everything I know about the company, I like my chances going forward.
