Absolutely! I have worked in the real estate industry for 20 plus years in Vancouver BC Canada, which is some of the highest priced real estate in the world. Pre-selling of detached houses is rare. When people clue in to what the real value of XTRM, it will move quickly. I will hold for the gold. GLTA
