You seem to be familiar with court procedures. Have you figured out the fast-moving actions from the Fed Circuit, simultaneously Mr. Hudnell's stay order for Koh's court?

Is the Fed Circuit running the show, not NDCal?

Dumb Koh's declaratory judgement was to be the final action from NDCal. Is the Fed Circuit asking her questions? Just curious.
