The Torres Rally should have ended April 2019......

but his departure was kept under wraps. Only a select few knew he was gone. When it was revealed by a poster that he was gone some doubted. The company filed that Torres was being sued last Spring. I think by the Fall of 2019 most realized he was gone.

In June 2019 they announced Tinkerbell 2.0 without mentioning the previous project was a farce. I think had they said.....well Torres BS'd us, but don't fret we have Wild Manta that will save the day, I believe you would have had a severe drop in price even if it was a knee jerk reaction. We'll never know since the company kept it quiet. But it was the Torres Rally that was the catalyst, not phone calls to the company as suggested. The run began from the trips when Torres was hired in Nov 2018. Then you had the mask hype, and a couple months later Kyle called him a brilliant scientist. Torres was hyped to the hilt. Now they claim he was a fraud.

Then you had the Q1 2020 hype that led to another run, but fizzed out in late March. When that deadline came and went they blamed it on the back ordered Johnson Rod. Then they got it and went to testing. Now supposedly it works and all permits are in order to do minimal ground disturbance once again.

The company has done a good job keeping shareholders hopes high which is why the pps has remained where it is, in my opinion.

The government contracts and blockchain deals haven't lived up to the hype. There's been no grant, nor have they found treasure. The paid promos I believe have kept the share price elevated. Plus Kyle is the optimist. Good news is always just around the corner.
