Lets be real now,ok?37 mil add 9 plus million is the correct OS,right?Also @ .17 we're talking about $1.6 million not $10 mil.If the company needs the $$ @ these prices or lower,you can flush this shit down then toilet being there would only be 5 mil in treasury for future issuance after the funding.Now imo there has to be news forthcoming that will garner interest in the stock of the company or LPC wouldn't have signed on being they know what they need.With these types of funding the words "up to" are used because nothing is definite and depends on the market.The problem I see is that this company lacks the basic investor relations skills and mentality to get the job done and maximize the deal for the company and its investors SS included.
