The "company" Direct Transfer does not even appear to maintain an actual website of their own - which is "odd" to say the least to me ??????

I'll poke around a little and see if they show up on a wash list of OTC penny trash plays which wouldn't surprise me on bit.

USUALLY - if one just calls the TA and/or send them an email with the ticker/stock symbol in question, they will give out the most recent total share count they have on file - but not much other info than that.

Once in a while if one get a "chit chatter and talker" front desk type - they might give up a lil extra info like restricted or float, but usually just "issued and outstanding common free trading shares" per my experience.

Legit TA's have no problem answering that simple question by phone as it's 100% public and "shareholder rights" info to be able to know that share count number - at its most recent and current count, which the TA literally has to by law know in near real-time as does the DTC and FINRA.

ALL share issuances, dilution, dumping of dilution into free trading etc MUST go through the DTC and via the Transfer Agent - they're the "gate keepers" as the SEC would call them !

It's Pawson's job to update the OTC site if they are lagging with current TA info such as name of TA agent, address, contact, etc.
