That's more lies from Roger Pawson. Why in the world would the TA have an issue with "sending shares out" when directed??? All they do is keep track of who has what. Unless of course something was wrong... like the rules weren't being followed. We know lying Roger Pawson has a problem with rules.

Worldwide Transfer resigned because The rules were not being followed. And... They likely sent SAR's to FINRA and the SEC.

It's unusual for a TA to resign. It's almost always because they suspect something is very wrong.

Could that be the issue with the new TA, Direct Transfer also??

Something seems wrong there too. No update and no link to them on OTCMarkets as the TA for OPTI. Roger didn't tell the truth about the last one. He wont tell the truth about this one either.

It's only a matter of time.
