If goverment assistance does indeed happen that alone would be good for at least a dime raise in the pps. That is just a figure i guessed at and is not unreasonable considering if its released by the press,then mixed in with hype. So .10 x 1,000,000 = 100,000. Is that right. Of course the goverment assistance will have plenty of strings attached on top of the ones allready existing. As far as a dollar amount, certainly would have to be in the millions and where will the millions come from? Somewhere in the budjet. I was wondering if Nigeria has some kind of budjet projected out for 2007-2008 and what money is earmarked for what. More homework Good luck to everyone and stay with Xkem, since it doesnt appear like it can go and stay much below .02 why not hold.
