The truth of the matter is Anna and Rosie made poor financial decisions, along with having poorly designed studies which even though they did not meet the end points, still resulted in positive data which could be and are/will be used in future studies. By then it was too late. Joe and his group provided a plan to move forward but Generex shareholders voted down the R/S part which resulted in nearly BK'ing the company. Joe told shareholders what would happen if the reverse was not approved. It played out the way he said it would.
