on arbitrage - almost no play there. I can buy a OTC or Naz stock in my CAD$ and my USD$ accts - they are deemed seperate so I deal with 4 CAD banks and each brokerage account has 2 sides and it looks like my TD ACCT actually has 4 sperate numbers as 2 are margin
