Come on Philippines, UK, Malaysia, Mexico, Brazil. LOL, now wouldn't it be something if China said send over a starter of 100 million vials. That would get the FDA off their ass. How embarrassing. But sad to say that is unlikely as some many BP's have facilities in China.
