There is no 3 am meeting. It’s not going before a judge at 3 am, it’s merely a tracking date and time (deadline) for parties to respond to the petition. If the petition is not contested then custodianship is automatically granted and a judge will sign off on it at a later time. In Nevada most custodianships are granted if no one opposes it. That being said we will know for sure next week what the decision is.
