Then 99.99% certain it would be finished by the end of December. Then:

the audit started ...and we are targeting Jan 4 / let us take it Jan 11 but we will be done..
The good thing - we started the audit..

Then it was Jan. 15th, now it's the end of the month. I'm sure at the end of the month, you'll push it back further. Do not give deadlines that you cannot meet! It leads me to question your integrity!
