I just want to say one thing. Kind of related to the $168M you are planning to raise. If you dilute the shareholders for a fraction of fair value, even if you do it once, you're finished. It's game over. You will never win the shareholders back. Take it from me.
That's why you are running a tight race. And that is why cash flow is so important now.
The alternative would be, to keep it on OTC for a year. Take it easy. Sign the deals. Hire a central IR guy. You may be able to issue stock for much higher than $60. The problem is, we can't predict it. OTC is problematic.
I talked to Chad. He thinks some of your assumptions regarding market makers and IR firms are not correct. I guess you will soon find out. This is a bit of a concern. But then again, what isn't. We shouldn't have 2 sellers now. We should have 2 buyers instead.
