We’ve been through this information when the 10-Q was not filed by 12/31.
Wei Tian is now CEO & CFO. XMET has been a NV (US) Corporation.
XMET is becoming a Foreign Private Issuer.
Foreign Private Issuers are not required to file the same reports as US Corporations.
So their “duty” (obligation) to file reports (as XMET has been doing as a US Corporation) is “suspended” because it’s a different set of rules for Foreign Private Issuers.
As it’s been - that 10-Q was due & we were waiting on a filing by...

The filing addresses the issue of those different “duties” (requirements obligations) as a Foreign Private Issuer are “suspended” & will be on a different schedule.
Otherwise with no filing by Wei that 10-Q would have been due due & late late late & that causes trouble trouble trouble.
