It looks like many of you experienced investors have made great money in this market. That said, in this market it feels like the less experience and discipline you have, the more money you make. My 21 year old son has grown his E-Trade account from $2500 to $23,000 in the last three years. About half is from TSLA and AAPL, but the rest is from investing in space stocks and "every Goldman Sachs led tech IPO". Never analyzes valuation or has any idea of market cap or operating business prospects much less any technical analysis. He thinks my focus on value is quaint and antiquated. Maybe it is...
