IVME In Veritas Medical Diagnostics, Inc. we have completed paperwork and elected a new officer. Exchange Minerals Limited obtained controlling interest and Michael Shmazian has been elected as President/CEO. We have provided the resources for help otc filings / opinion letter and have been assured they will be moving as quickly as possible to bring the company current.
