BeeO: If you read the LOI carefully, you will see that Ecolite is leaving $750K on the books. They have that cash now. So our net raise here is $1.25MM. I have addressed means of raising money in the past. We have Series A Pref stock with a dividend approved which we can use. At current prices we could raise several million $. We are current now and are S1 eligible if we want to do such a deal. I am meeting with M&A, funds, high net worth and investment bankers in NYC 1/24-1/27. All I can say.

Use the preferred stock for acquisitions, etc. That's why they're public, not increasing the OS either with the preferred...
