The only reason our Escrow Markers are still in our accounts is because the LT agreed that they could remain after AG suggested they still had value....they were going to be removed but for that accommodation.

We now know that Z's claim that the LT did not create and control our Markers is FALSE! The LT created and could have cancelled Escrows any time they wanted as stated in the Disclosure Statement.
