This is not an IH problem. Even on OTC Markets, the system loses count at about 4.3 bln shares. It happens every time. Some brokers will still provide accurate data. According to OTC Markets, yesterday’s trading in HCMC ended at just past 10 a.m. That’s because the maximum number of shares was reached at that time. A few small transactions can still slip by, as long as their size doesn’t breach the limit. But the picture is totally false. This is a major technical issue. I‘ve already advised OTC Markets of this.
