35.8 millon shares are worth about 40 million dollars right now....but alas you have to sell them to cash in and that means you need to have buyers, lots of buyers!

You can't buy or sell more than 50k shares and this low volume/low float stock reacts up or down, if he tries to sell any significant amount the bottom drops out and his shares start to become far less valuable.....

A nice retirement for most, but 200 million plus sounds so much better!

Everything points to an acquisition or some type of change of control at some point in the future. Its really the only way all these people and partners associated with UEEC, now holding all these shares can truly cash out in an expedited manner.
