Red-six, perhaps if the proxy is approved

and the investees get 'folded into' AMEP they will then report actual oil revenues and production expenses. Unfortunately, the 1st likely opportunity to see the figures will be next summer given that the quarter between 9/30/06 and 12/31/06 won't be reported until March 07. Assuming that the proxy vote occurs in the 1st quarter of this year, the filing showing partial results won't be filed until at least June. (the entire quarter won't be as either or non-BDC company - results will likely be pro-rated)

If transparency occurs, it seem like it will be pretty easy to go to the TRRC site, look up gross oil / gas production and then derive a ratio between production and revenues. A ratio could be derived that extrapolates out % of AMEP retained interest.
