I suspect they used the PayPal privacy statement as their own and just changed the PayPal name to HUMBL.

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full

Example:
We may share personal data with:
Other members of the PayPal corporate family
Service providers that help us with processing payments, marketing, research, compliance, audits, corporate governance, communications, and security
Card networks and payment processors
Financial institutions, such as banks we partner with to offer joint products, like Synchrony Bank in connection with PayPal Credit, the PayPal Cashback Mastercard, and the PayPal Extras Mastercard

And from the HUMBL PRIVACY PAGE that was posted yesterday that appears to be deleted now:

https://www.humblpay.com/legal-docs/humbl-privacy-statement

We may share personal data with:

1. Other members of the HUMBL corporate family

2. Service providers that help us with processing payments, marketing, research, compliance, audits, corporate governance, communications, and security

3. Card networks and payment processors

4. Financial institutions, such as banks we partner with to offer joint products, likeSynchrony Bank in connection with HUMBL Credit, the HUMBL Cashback Mastercard, and the HUMBL Extras Mastercard

Someone on twitter also mentioned the word VENMO was mentioned in HUMBL statement but deleted. So I guess they hadn’t cleaned up the privacy statement before posting it online.

Obviously a lot of disclosure agreements and privacy statements all sound alike and Humbl appears to have used the PayPal one and changed the name PayPal to Humbl.

Which begs the question - does HUMBL partner with Synchrony bank and have all those cards???
