Hope your right. .03 is gonna be very tough to break and hold. I feel the resistance there will keep this in the low to mid .02's for some time. This needs a big catalyst to get legs under it. Yes I agree we saw a 100%+ move but couldn't stay over .03 and hold. This week IMO will be days of giving back 3-5% daily. Low volume will keep this falling back.
